We carefully prepare and hand-check each piece within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, please allow a short grace period as we ensure every package meets our standards.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES 🚚

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders that meet the following minimums:

· United States: Free shipping on orders $50+ (10–15 business days)
· Canada & Mexico: Free shipping on orders $50+ (8–16 business days)
· Australia (select areas): Free shipping on orders $50+ (8–14 business days)
· United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders £40+ (5–10 business days)
· Europe (select countries): Free shipping on orders $70+ (10–16 business days)

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. We will always do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS 🌍

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which is a standard procedure conducted by the destination country's authorities. While we strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible, customs processing times are completely outside of our control. In some cases, shipments may be held longer due to stricter enforcement, policy changes, or random checks, which can cause delays beyond our standard timeframe.

We will always keep you updated on your package's status, but please understand that we cannot guarantee customs clearance times or expedite the process on our end. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs delays may occur and are not grounds for a refund of shipping charges.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or returned to us due to customs refusal, please reach out to us. We can discuss the best solution together – whether that's reshipping a replacement or issuing a refund (product cost only, shipping fees are non-refundable).

If customs clearance takes longer than two months from the shipping date, please contact us. We will evaluate each case individually and work out a fair resolution.

ORDER TRACKING 🔍

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also monitor your package’s journey through your Banri account.

Note: It is normal for tracking updates to show a brief pause while the package is in transit between facilities.

 

LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGE 💌

While we take great care in securing your treasures for their journey, Banri can't be responsible for mishaps once a package leaves our studio. For delivery issues, contacting the local carrier directly is often the fastest way to find a solution.

That said, your experience is deeply important to us. We know how much anticipation goes into waiting for these pieces. If your package hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, or if something feels wrong, please reach out to us at hello@banri.co. We’re here to listen and will do our best to find a thoughtful resolution for you.

Consolidate Your Order: Purchasing multiple items together reduces packaging waste and ensures your collection arrives in one thoughtful delivery.

Verify Your Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We want to ensure your pieces find their way home safely.

Thoughtful Gifting: We do not include pricing on our packing slips, making every Banri package ready to be received as a gift.

Delivery Instructions: If you have specific delivery needs, please leave a note at checkout to assist the carrier.
